We fixed this liftmaster gate operator in Davis Oklahoma. After our inspection, we found out it needed a new safety eye in order to allow it to open and close properly, we replaced two cantilever rollers, installed new sensors and programed remotes for them as well. Thank you for allowing us to tackle any garage door and gate issues.

We went out to inspect a garage door in Edmond, Oklahoma after someone in their neighborhood referred us to the home owner. The garage door was backed into and damaged by a vehicle. We settled on installing support struts to help brace the door, swapped out all of the rollers with superior high cycle sealed bearing nylon rollers. We also replaced the perimeter seal on both of her garage doors and will be building them two new custom panels!

This customer had us out after they had two garage doors that would not operate properly. Our inspection found that these doors were in need of maintenances, but they also had cables off which did not allow the doors to close properly. We placed the cables back on and reset the tension on the springs as well as performed maintenances to ensure these issue didn't keep coming back up.

We built, and installed these dual swing gates and solar gate operators from Max Controls in Blanchard, Oklahoma! These were the Max Ultra Arms, here in Oklahoma we love to use Maximum Controls gate operators because of the high winds we can get! We also installed an in ground exit loop for free exits for their guests as well as a Nimbio device that allows users to open and control their gate operator from the phone on their app! These home owners put up with a lot from us, and we are elated to finally get them taken care of!

This customer had us out because they couldn't open the garage door. Our inspection found that cables had came off after the damage to the garage door caught the side jams and through the cables off. Any time the cables come off the doors springs will lose tension and make it extremally heavy to open. We gave this customer multiple options ranging from repairs, to a complete new door install.

This customer had us out after they couldn't figure out why their door wouldn't open, and suspected a broken spring. We inspected the garage door and found that it had bent the stops that the original installers put in which ended up allowing it to travel past the tracks and get wedged! We removed the old stops and added our own more sturdier ones! We also performed a door maintenance where we adjusted spring tension and tightened and lubricated all moving parts on this big commercial door out in Sulphur, Oklahoma!

Home owner had us out to look at her garage door after she suspected a contactor bumped into it with their truck or equipment. After inspection we found there was definitely damage caused by something hitting their door. The damage could have been repaired but would have just been a "bandage fix" and wouldn't be a long term fix. Home owner chose to have panels replaced, as well as upgrade all the door hardware to strengthen and increase the life of the door!
